At Haas Physical Therapy, your appointment time is reserved specifically for you!!
If you miss your appointment without 24 hours notice, a 50% service fee will apply for the first occurrence. Any subsequent missed appointments without notice will be subject to a 100% service fee. To avoid charges, please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Failure to provide adequate notice may result in charges for the missed time and/or full prepayment for future bookings.
Our Nurse Practitioner, Nicole Scott, has been awarded a contract with the Ministry of Health. This means service fees no longer apply for her appointments. Nicole now uses a separate scheduling system required for ministry reporting, so online booking is not available for NP visits. To book with Nicole, please call our office.
